Terms of Service

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise and are subject to revision if engine or alternator input costs change materially.

Delivery timelines are indicative and confirmed on receipt of an advance. Civil foundation, earthing pits and exhaust routing are the customer's scope unless included in the accepted quotation.

Diesel generator sets carry the OEM standard warranty from the date of commissioning. Warranty is void where servicing has been carried out by unauthorised parties or non-genuine spares are used.

AMC coverage, response windows and included consumables are as listed in the executed contract. Breakdown response targets apply during the contract period only.

Our liability is limited to the value of the equipment or service supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from grid failure or site conditions outside our control.
